What is the date the hotel opened?

Roberts House was built in 1846, is a historic property consisting of multiple buildings on Centre Street, originally developed as a boutique inn with historic homes and a former meeting house. The collection's history is defined by its buildings, including the Roberts House (a former family home converted to an inn over 100 years ago) and the 1880s Quaker Meeting House, with recent renovations and the addition of the Gate House, Manor House, Hawthorne House, and Federal Suite-an entire single-family home that sleeps up to six with full kitchen and two patios.

Can I Request For A Rollaway Bed To Be Placed In My Guest Room?

Unfortunately, rollaway beds are not available due to fire code restrictions.  Our team can help you explore additional room options for larger parties, based on availability.

Can A Cot Or Crib Be Supplied In My Room If I Am Traveling With An Infant?

Yes, we have pack-n-play cribs available upon request. Please contact us as early as possible via text at (508) 348-7918 or email at hello@farawayhotels.com, with a minimum of 24 hours notice so we can plan for your arrival.

Is Breakfast Included In My Room Rate?

Breakfast is not included in the room rate. Guests are welcome to enjoy fresh complimentary coffee in our lobby every morning from 7 AM to 11 AM. Specialty coffee and house-made donuts are available at Cymbal Cafe, located in-house, open daily from 8 AM to 12 PM.

Can I Store My Luggage Before Check-In Or After Check-Out?

Yes, we will gladly store your luggage before check-in or after check-out.

Where Should I Leave My Room Key(S) When I Check-Out?

When checking out, you may drop off your key(s) at the front desk or leave them in your room.

What Are The Front Desk Hours Of Operation?

During the summer season our Front Desk Team is available 24 hours a day.  In the off-seasons, our desk has limited hours.  Please check your pre-arrival messaging for current desk hours of operation.

Can I Request For An Early Check-In Or Late Check-Out?

Early check-ins and late check-outs are based on availability. While we will do our best to accommodate your request, they are not guaranteed. If you would like to request an early check-in, please contact our team at (877) 279-1405.

For late check-outs, please see one of our front desk team members. If you arrive before your room is ready, we will be happy to store your luggage so you can begin exploring town or enjoying our onsite amenities.
